Silicone masterbatches are white pellets, formed by 30% to 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in all kinds of thermoplastic resin, such as PE, PP, PA…, used in carrier resincompatible system in order to improve the flow of resin and processing (better mold filling & mold release, less extruder torque, faster throughput), and modify surface properties (better surface quality, lower COF, greater abrasion & scratch resistance). Typical Applications : 1) Wire & Cable compounds: LSZH cable, Silane XLPE cable, Low friction cable and LS PVC cable compounds for improving processing and better surface. 2) Automotive PP compounds(anti-scratch resistance), Thermoplastic elastomers TPE, TPR, TPV compounds for improving the processing and good surface quality. 3) Engineering Plastics for improving the processing and flow of resin,molding release and surface qulity(reduce fiber expose) 4) Silicone core pipe & PLB HDPE pipe for lower COF and improve processing,reduce equipment maintenance cost 5) Pakcing Film like BOPP, CPP, TPU, EVA film for improving smoothness,good anti-blocking and no migration on surface. 6) Fiber Plastics and Sheets for improving the processing and surface properties 7) Shoe's sole like EVA/PVC/TPR/TPU~~sole for improving the abrasion resistance.
